Chocolate Colomba
Our chocolate panettone is prepared with sourdough and has a 36-hour rising time. It is enriched with dark and milk chocolate buds, without orange paste, and glazed with “first choice Bari” cocoa almonds.
Ingredients
“00” flour, sugar, salt, egg yolk, butter, live sourdough starter, dark chocolate, milk chocolate, cocoa powder, vanilla bean.
Frosting: Almond flour, cocoa powder, sugar, egg white, peanut oil.
