Chocolate Panettone
Our chocolate panettone is made with sourdough and requires 36 hours of fermentation. It is enriched with dark and milk chocolate gems, without candied orange, and glazed with “first choice Bari” almonds coated in cocoa.
Ingredients
“00” flour, sugar, salt, egg yolk, butter, live sourdough starter, dark chocolate, milk chocolate, cocoa powder, vanilla bean.
Frosting: Almond flour, cocoa powder, sugar, egg white, peanut oil.
