Our almond Panettone uses live sourdough and has a 36-hour fermentation time. It is enriched with candied orange and lemon cubes, Australian raisins, fresh candied orange paste, and vanilla beans, providing freshness and intense aroma. It is topped with a glaze of “first choice Bari” natural almonds, adding crunchiness and intense flavor.
